Returning My Hire

Please note all return instructions have been included with your hire unit including a padded envelope with the return address label. However if you have lost this information, please see below for full return instructions:

Your Elle TENS is on loan from the invoice date.

1. If your baby arrives late, please phone Elle TENS on 0333 121 9737 to extend your hire for £10 per week.

2. Please locate and clean all load items (Only TENS, leadwires, neck cord & manual) alongside your return slip. If you have lost your return your return slip please write your order details on a piece of paper and send with your return

3. Place all items in the jiffy bag provided or a padded envelope if Jiffy bag has been misplaced. Please securely fasten the jiffy bag with a strip of tape to ensure its safe return.

5. Your hire unit must be returned to our offices based in South Woodford and NOT to any third party retail store. Ensure you obtain a certificate of postage to ensure that you have proof that the unit has been returned. The return address is:
